Anyone between 18-65 years old, weighing over 45kg, and in good health can usually donate.

You may feel a slight pinch when the needle goes in, but the process is otherwise painless.

The actual donation takes 10-15 minutes, but the whole process (checkup + rest) takes about an hour.

You can donate whole blood every 56 days (8 weeks). Platelets can be donated more frequently.

Yes. We use new, sterile, disposable needles for every donor. There is zero risk of contracting disease.
